Hey guys!
Sorry for the lack of posts. Just got back from vacation. Tennessee was great. I loved the mountains. But NOTHING compared to George Strait.
So,I went to the Pittsburgh,PA concert on 7/25. The venue was slightly disorganized. My family (4 of us) had Section 9,row X which was covered seats. They were pretty good, considering some people were camped out on the lawn. Let me tell you though, the people drove me crazy. They were so rude. It's not even funny. About 5 rows ahead of us,were 3 people. 2 ladies and 1 guy. Since it's not raised seating, all of the floor seats are same level. Therefore, the people were blocking EVERYONE in back of them. All of us were yelling. "Sit down! not a very nice persons!" and it was just crazy. The thing that irked me was how they just turned around, looked at us and laughed.Laughed. Now that is just so disrespectful. I don't care who you are. That is NOT right. So then,a group of people went to go get security and they had to have guards standing at the end of the aisle the ladies and guy was in. That's pretty pathetic. So,once George came out. Everyone stood up. Which was all good, cause I stood up and I was able to see. Thank God for screens though. He sung tons of songs. It went by so fast. It was like he only sang five songs. But I know he sang more. That's how fast it went by! Haha. Another thing,I don't know if this is at all concerts,or just cause we were in Steeler nation, but when he sang. "There wouldn't be no Alamo,No Cowboys at the Superbowl.." They all booed. I mean, call me uptight. George may be used to it. I still don't think it's the nicest thing to do. Then..Parking and getting out of there was a BITCH. One thing I also did not like was all the drinking. I mean,we pulled in and it looked Like a Brad Paisley crowd. Tailgating and stuff like that. Then after the concert the majourity of them were drunk out of their minds and one guy tried to lapdance on my Mom and I more or less beat him to a pulp. It was pretty easy, being he was drunk and out of it. So. We got to the car,and it was CRAZY. My Mom's windows were open and another ladies window was open and my Mom was like. "Can you please let me out?" and the lady shook her head no. I mean. that's kinda rude aswell. But..finally...finally we got home. Haha. I will post some pictures later on this thread when I get them from the camera to the computer.
