Hey ya'll..
I was wonderin' if ya'll can pray for my Great Grandmother. She is 87. She will be 88 in October. She is in bad shape too. She has 3 compression fractures in her back and today,she fell...making it impossible for her to walk. She's never been a happy camper to begin with...so this ain't makin' her any happier. She couldn't walk so they had to call the ambulence to come and get her. I know her she's not going to be livin' much longer,So please pray for her.

Thank you guys so much. I love the picture Ranger.
UPDATE: Today,we are going to the hospital to pick her up. The docs thought she had a broken rib,when she fell. Turned out it is just a bad bruise. Her back is horrible as always.. She will have a live-in nurse that will stay there 5 days a week.
I was talking with my Grandmother today.. She said that when her Grandma died,she was old and died. But with my Great Grandmother,she is alive,but gradually dying. It's heartbreaking. If it makes sense.

I totally understand. It's hard to see what people we love go through. I remember when my Great Grandfather got his first cane. I was just a little girl. Then I remember when he couldn't work in the garden any more. A man who once could lift up the back end of a car and hold it long enough for someone to change a tire could no longer keep a small garden. I remember when my Great Grandfather went home to be with the Lord. It was very difficult because I missed him, but he wasn't sad. I was. People who know Christ never really die. They go to sleep and wake up with Him. Just as people who don't know Christ never really live because they have always been separated from God, who is the source of all life.

our prayers are with her and your family. i also know how you feel i had to watch my grandma and grandpa go down hill and it was a hard thing to watch.

UPDATE: I went and visited her today,Melody,the caregiver was there,feeding her. She was sitting up and smiling. Good sign.
