Good morning George Strait fans,
I hope all of you remebered to turn your clocks back. It might be earlier than you think!
It is going to be a beautiful week, 50's and even some 60's by Tuesday. I love this time of year.
Bossier City, LA and Phoenix, AZ... George Strait tickets go on sale 11/11/11. For fan club members it will be 11/08/11. Good Luck to all of you.
'Love's Gonna Make It Alright' is now George's newest single. Please make a pain in the a## of yourselves with your local radio stations. The more you request, the faster this song goes up the chart!! This is another fantastic song.
I don't see George mentioned in the list for the award show that's going to be on this week. Without George...it's just another boring, I'm not going to bother watching it show!!
The newest CW, Myranda on the front, no George.
Last weekend my husband and I were in Boston. Unless you were under a rock, you know they had a freak snow storm up that way. Only 1 of 3 that has happened in the last 100 years!
My hats off to Boston and how they deal with snow! It was raining Saturday afternoon. The snow didn't start until around 8 PM. By the time we woke up at 6 AM, the storm had stopped and ALL the roads were clear and dry!!! WOW!! Coming home Sunday afternoon, we had to go through Hartford Connecticut. We knew something was wrong when we showed up at the restaurant we were suppose to eat lunch at, and it was closed. Our bus wasn't able to stop again until we got all the way down to the Danbury Mall. Danbury didn't have electricity, but the mall did. There had to be a couple thousand people there, and only one working bathroom for women, use your imagination! My Arby's sandwitch never tasted so good! The Philadelphia area had no snow when our bus pulled in. We were so lucky this time.
I heard that Oklahoma had an earthquake yesterday. I hope all is well with all of you. Texas getting rain? I hope so!
There is some left over snowstorm debis needing to be dealt with today, then leaves!! Lots and lots of leaves!!!
Oven-fry porkchops, sweet potatoes and baked apples for dinner tonight. I'm going to settle in for a nice evening and turn in early.
Enjoy your day, and have a Grait week!!
