okay if you're having trouble posting pictures and this took me forever to figure out and DonnaK had to draw me pictures, use sign language etc to get me to figure it out---
go to photo bucket and pick the picture you want ( LOL I typed song first, I have Troubadour on my brain and it ain't going no where )
so at photobucket
left click one time on the photo you want to post
then over at the right of the photo there are some options
left click one time on the bottom row,
the IMG code,
the bottom line, if you left click on it one time it will copy the code

then
come back to the message board and in the email box you plan on sending the message in, hold down the Ctrl key and hold down the V key same time and it paste the photo there
