ok, click on this link:

it will take you to my photobucket picture. right click on the picture, scroll down to properties, highlight the URL, right click and copy...
come back to this board, go to your profile, click "modify profile", scroll down to where it says "avitar" and paste the link in the space provided. right underneath that it says "avitar width" and "avitar height" - put 100 for both of them. scroll down and save. This should give you the picture.
Hope this helps. It would have been easier if I could have just did it for you, but good luck. LOL.

Before you post it between those brackets just paste
it into your web browser and search for it. It should
show up if the entire link is working properly.
